How to get logs from Terminal Emulation?

Once you open the Terminal Emulation app, please press setting button on the upper-right corner (as seen in the left picture).
Scrolling down, will find "Generate Log" option (right picture). Please Enable this function.
Please try to reproduce your issue and check when the issue occurs.
After reproducing the issue, please save the log file and send it to us.
For Android terminal, the Log is under \CL_Settings\TerminalEmulation\
For Windows terminal, the Log is under \Program Files\ TerminalEmulation\
RK25, RS35 & RS51
The Log is under \Android\data\sw.programme.te\files\
