How to do CleanBoot (Factory Reset) on 9700CE / WEH ?

If 9700CE / WEN stuck at Cipherlab logo or cannot get into the system, please try to do clean boot
on 9700 CE / WEH. It may help to solve the issue.
Instruction:
1. Power Off 9700 CE / WEH.
2. Press Orange Key + Blue Key + 3 in the simultaneously, and then press Power button together to power on the device.
3. "Clean Boot" is shown at upper-left corner of the screen.
5. If you didn't see "Clean Boot", please repeat step 1 ~ 3.
