Why my CipherLAB Andrid device comes with SDC license cannot work? how to fix it?

First of all, SDC is Software Decoder of Camera for CipherLAB Android devices.
SDC is not free of charge function. Please contact with your CipherLAB sales
for software license.
If your CipherLAB Android devices have license with SDC, but it cannot be
activated. Please check following items.
1. Please correct TIME and DATE on the device. The license will check system
time and dateto active software license.
2. Please follow the SDC Activation Tool SOP to execute the Activation APP to
re-activate the license.
