Why do not RDC or Terminal Emulation receiving or showing scanned data?

When using CipherLab Android devices with RDC (Remote Desktop Control)
or TE (Terminal Emulation), user will need to change Keyboard Emulation as
Key Event, otherwise RDC or TE won't receive or show any scanned data on
screen.
