OCX 無法在 64 位 Windows 上註冊

這個ocx是32bit的，所以需要放在win 64bit的Windows\SysWOW64文件夾下。
以管理員權限在此目錄中註冊
Windows\SysWOW64>regsvr32 /s CipherAGB.ocx
