Why my RS35 can only get 3G connection, not LTE?

In some cases, RS35 may only get 3G connection. Users can change some settings
to get correct network type for connection. 1. Preferred Network Type. 2 IP Type

1. If your RS35 shows 3G connection on the icon, you can try to change the
"Preferred Network Type" setting to LTE.

Instruction:
1. Open Settings.
2. Select "Network & Internet"
3. Go to "Mobile Network"
4. Go to "Preferred Network Type"
5. Select the network service you need.

2. In some service providers, it provides IPv6 when connecting with LTE.
In RS35, it uses IPv4 as default. So it will only able to connect to 3G. User can change
IP type to get IPv6 connection.

Instruction:
1. Open Settings.
2. Select "Network & Internet"
3. Go to "Mobile Network"
4. Go to "Access Point Names"
5. Select SIM card service provider's name.
6. Go to "APN Protocol" and change to IPv4/IPv6
7. Go back to previous page and select "APN Roaming Protocol" and change to IPv4/IPv6.
