[1560] 1560 has difficulty reading barcodes, needs to adjust to a short DOF to decode successfully.*

This was due to two factors:
(1) The customer’s barcode had a low PCS. To ensure that future 1560 shipments would not encounter the same problem, we modified our SOP for factory QC to include testing of low PCS barcodes. This was implemented starting from Oct 13, 2014.
(2) The CCD reader on the customer’s 1560 scanner had dust on it. The production factory was asked to take precautions to prevent dust from falling onto the reader, which was implemented starting from
