RK25 A7 upgrade A11 must be converted twice:
The first 7-9 PC tool uses "ImageDownload_v1.5.18.1.1.exe" because the partition format is different.
The second 9-11 APK is convenient for users to operate "CipherLabOSUpgrade_v1.0.4.apk."
1. The demo unit for sales/presales uses FTP link SW PM Chris maintains and provides keys
2. The tool/image/key used for the RK25 upgrade of the end-user has nothing to do with Support. This process is done when users purchase the upgrade license key from the trading system.
