RS35, Android 10 upgrade to Android 11

For the upgrade of RS35, use apk tool "CipherLabOSUpgrade_v1.0.4.apk"
1. The demo unit for sales/presales uses ftp link SW PM Chris maintain and provide keys
2. The tool/image/key used for the RS35 upgrade of the end-user/partner has nothing to do with Support. This process is done when users purchase the upgrade license key from the trading system.
