How to Factory Rest 9700A?

1. Press the Power Key + Right Scan Key at the same time for about 5 seconds until you see the screen as step 2.
2. Select and enter Recovery Mode
Use the Right Scan Key to scroll up and down and Left Scan Key to confirm
3. It'll take you a few seconds to enter the Recovery Mode.
Once you're in, select Wipe Data/ Factory Reset
Use the Left/Right Scan Key or Up/Down key to scroll up and down and use Power Key to confirm
4. Select Yes to factory rest and wait until you see the Data Wipe Complete message.
5. Once it is complete, select Reboot System Now to rest your device
