Why my CipherLab Windows CE / WEH cannot connect to Windows Mobile Center on Windows 10?

For windows 10
1. Please install windows mobile device center 6.1 from the attachment.
2. Execute command line run as administrator
Run below 2 commands then reboot, you will be able to connect to 9700 CE/Weh device
REG ADD HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\RapiMgr /v SvcHostSplitDisable /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f
REG ADD HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\WcesComm /v SvcHostSplitDisable /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f
