How to troubleshooting when 9700 EX25 can't read barcode? (Clean boot has been done)

1. Please help to check if your symbology is enable or not
Go to [Start]->[Settings]->[System]->[Reader config]->[1D symbology] and [2D symbology]

2.Please help to press our hardware reset button to restore your system settings as follow,

3. If your EX25 still can’ t read barcode, please read this specific barcode to reset the hardware of EX25 reader.
