Solution for RS36 experiencing insufficient memory and WiFi switch malfunction issues

If RFID_Service is 1.1.09.1, it will cause this issue, which RFID_Service records logs continuously.
Android > data > com.cipherlab.rfidservice > files > RfidServiceLog
Solution：
1. Clear all logs files
2. OTA to the version of 2310 at least
3. Reboot and check the log in the prevous path or not.
4. If no log be recorded, it's solved.
