Why 2565 cannot pair and output data with Android device ?

The default 2565 interface setting is SPP, please follow below steps configuring 2565 as HID interface :

Step 1 : Install DimenMaster from the link : 2565

Step 2 : Connect 2565 to PC/Laptop with USB Cable.
