[Android] What to do if my CipherLab Android devices asks Google account password after factory reset?

Always remember logout the Google account before factory reset because this is Google security protective mechanism.
There are two suggestions for the recovery:
1. Recovery for the Google account: Go to your Google account in your PC, a process starts that includes security questions you set when you opened the account to reset your password.
2. Recovery for the Device: Please send the device to our RMA center due to the security reason that we can reset the system to factory default which will be allowed for the user to login into the O.S.
