Velocity TE works slower after the version update

This is a global issue reported from ANZ and Singapore around Dec 2022 and Jan 2023.
If Velocity TE works slower after the version update, please check the version and update to v2.1.28. Ivanti (Velocity TE) had fixed it in v2.1.28.
