For the device not being able to turn on or charge after the battery is fully flat, below are the step you can perform. This would power-drain the device so that the device can get out of hibernation.
If the battery is flat during hibernation, sometimes the device will lock into a hibernation loop, causing it to stop charging or power on.

Power Drain the Device (Hibernation Reset):
1. Remove the battery from the device;
2. Hold down the power button for about 1 min to let power drain the device;
3. Put the battery back in and on charge for about 10 minutes;
4. Wait until you see the battery icon show a percentage charged means the device is charging;
5. You can then turn the device back on when it is charged to at least 5-10%;
6. Leave the device on charge until it is fully completed

Devices enter engineering download mode by pressing all 3 buttons (power button and volume up and down buttons). => Press all these 3 buttons for about 2 sec, you’ll feel a vibration.

To power on the device, please press the power button over 15 sec.
