When you perform clean boot, if your device is powered off during the process, the device will enter recovery mode when you power it on again.
There are 2 methods to restore the system
1. You can perform flashtool to flush the ROM to a designated OS version.

2. You can use internal function to restore to default.
The recovery mode should be look like the following picture.
Press the power key, and you will see the recovery menu. Press Volume Down key to select the menu option “wipe data/factory reset”. Then press "Volume Up" key to confirm.
Press Volume Down key to select the menu option “Yes – delete all user data”. Then press Volume Up key to confirm.
The data on the device will start to erase.
When data erase is complete, you will see a menu again. Press Volume Down key to select the menu option “reboot system now”. Then press Volume Up key to confirm.
After the system reboots, the device can function normally again.
