Frequently Asked Question

When we are pairing the Bluetooth device, usually a pop-up dialog with the pairing message shows up.

However, the Android device sometimes will display a Bluetooth notification icon instead of the pairing dialog.
You can find a Bluetooth icon on the upper left corner.

Please pull down the notification bar and tap the pairing message.

Then the pairing dialog will pop up as usual.
