Why using scanner get wrong Thai character data output on computer

Issue:
QR code with Thai language data decoded by scanner cannot display on computer correctly.
Have selected ScanMaster Keyboard type PCAt(Thai) and enable UTF-8 convert.
Solution:
1. Set Thai Language for non-Unicode programs on computer.
2. Select US keyboard to show decode result with both Thai, English and numbers.
