[156x/166x] Why 156x / 166x cannot connect with 3656 or 3619 but not output data to host?*

1. Please check the interface setting is correct. If you use text editor to receive data, the interface must be set keyboard wedge or HID.
2. Please check 3656 or 3610 is connecting on a USB port well.
