The product of MSR1023 with the utility 1023setup_400 launched 20 years ago.
The utility was working with Windows 95; there was no later update software version released.
The only solution to work with the latest Windows OS systems is using Windows 10 32bit only compatible mode of 16-bit apps with the NTVDM feature.
Requirements:
