1. Upgrade Log not generated

For the log not generated issue, please copy the upgrade package folder to for example, D disk, so the log will be generated.

2. Not able to enter Fastboot mode

For checking fastboot driver, please follow below steps instead :

Press 3 buttons at the same time, and the device will enter fastboot mode.

3 buttons : Power button, Volume down, yellow scan key (same volume button side)

Connect RK25 to your PC with USB cable.
