Frequently Asked Question

If your Android devices connect to WiFi but there's still "No Internet",
Please check for two things:

1. The Setting of your AP
Sometimes the devices connect to the AP successfully;
However, there're some problems between AP and Internet.

Please connect to another SSID for testing to make sure the WiFi function is working properly.

2. Enable Captive Portal Detection function in your Android devices
The function can be found via following route:
Settings => More (Wireless & networks) => Captive Portal Detection
