1. Please open the phone dialer and input ”*#*#325#*#*”

2. Click “Host log setting”

3. Click “Logcat filters

4. Input “ *:d"

5. Reboot RS30
6. Operate RS30 and simulate the problem
7. When you can simulate the problem successfully, please do the following three things:

• open the following screen again and input “*:i ” to turn off the log
• write down the date and time displayed in RS30.
• Reboot RS30

Please note that you must remember to turn off the log. Otherwise, the

RS30 performance will be impacted.

8. Copy the folder “mtklog” to PC and compress it. Then send us the ZIP file and the date/time noted at the previous step.
