Is it possible to disable the white illumination during scanning with the 1504P?

In some situations, users have requested that the white illumination be switched of during scanning. The scanner allows this illumination light to be turned of. It is recommended that the illumination is switched on as this warrants the best possible scanning performance.
However, for instance when scanning only happens from computer or mobile phone screens, or in case there is bright environmental illumination (day-light strength) then the illumination could be turned of in case the user prefers.
The attached document shows two QR codes, one is to disable the illumination, the other is to enable it. If illumination is disabled, and there is not enough light to read the "enable" QR code, then please make sure there is more light on the paper on which the QR code is printed, or read the code from a phone or computer screen.
If the illumination is disabled, and the user experiences a reduction of the scanner's performance, it is strongly recommended to enable the illumination.
