常见的问题

It is an issue of compatibility on few computers. Changing a computer or changing the com port number may help.
The way to change com port number:
Right click on the yellow icon > Properties > Advanced > com port number

Another solution is to set the VCOM interface to CDC; this is another supported type of VCOM.
