• Enable "Developer Options Menu": Go to Settings > About phone > Build Number > Tap it 7 times to become developer; (Tap a few times and you’ll see a toast notification with a countdown that reads “You are now N steps way from being a developer.”)

• Enable “MTK Logger”:

Go into Developer options, click "MTK Logger".

Click Start that marked as red to record the log

• Test Running

After test finished, go into MTK Logger again to stop the Log record.

• Get Log Files: Connect Device with PC by USB cable. Popup a dialog on the screen. User can change from Charging to MTP on screen.

Log file location: \Device Name\Internal storage\mtklog

Please copy all of files and folder from the directory. Please send logs files and mention the time and date when problem was happened to CipherLab Technical Service Center.
